Australian Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Standard Ground: 3-5 Business Days.
Expedited 2-Day: Faster handling for urgent orders.
Overnight Express: Next business day delivery (orders placed before 2 PM EST).

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Return Policy

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

If an order arrives damaged or if there is a discrepancy with your packing slip, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at admin@primepep.com.au. We will gladly arrange for a replacement upon verification.
