By accessing the PrimePep website and purchasing our research products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Eligibility & Research Use Only
MANDATORY DISCLOSURE:
All products offered by PrimePep are intended strictly for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. They are not for human use, veterinary use, or any form of domestic or commercial consumption.
By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional affiliated with a recognized institution. You acknowledge the inherent risks of handling laboratory-grade peptides.
3. User Accounts
Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. PrimePep reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our safety protocols or restricted use policies.
4. Payment Compliance
Payments are processed via our secure portal, adhering to PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. We do not store full credit card data on our local servers.
5. Shipping & Handling
PrimePep uses standard shipping and handling procedures designed for secure transit. Customers are responsible for following storage and handling instructions after delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
The PrimePep brand, scientific data visualizations, and proprietary synthesis methodologies are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMEPEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE IMPROPER HANDLING, ACCIDENTAL EXPOSURE, OR MISUSE OF RESEARCH MATERIALS. USERS ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH LABORATORY RESEARCH.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located within the jurisdiction of our corporate headquarters.
